I recently stayed at a budget hotel near a shopping center in Sao Paulo and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect for my needs, as I needed to do some shopping and the shopping center was right next door. The room was recently upgraded, clean, and comfortable, making my stay enjoyable. The staff provided great service, especially during breakfast where I was impressed with their helpfulness and efficiency. Additionally, the hotel had fast and reliable internet connection, which was a major plus.
One downside was the restaurant in the hotel. The service was lacking and the quality of the food was subpar.

Convenient location near a shopping center and taxi rank. Plenty of outlets in the bedroom for charging devices. Good shower pressure and temperature. Comfortable bed with clean sheets and duvet. Room service available for most of the day. Value for money with simple and clean rooms

The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. The staff were friendly and efficient, especially Giovanna the reservationist and the General Manager Amanda, who went above and beyond to assist us when my friend lost her passport. The location of the hotel was convenient, with restaurants, a supermarket, and a large shopping center nearby. The comfortable beds, free WiFi, and nice flat screen TV were added bonuses.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.
